Standard shipping is ₩3,000, free for orders over ₩50,000. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment.
Orders can be freely cancelled from My Page before shipment. Once shipped, please use the return process instead.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. For simple change-of-mind returns, a round-trip shipping fee (₩6,000) applies; defective or mis-shipped items are returned free of charge.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is inspected.
